Home made filo parcels filled with ricotta and spinach

'Devils on Horseback ' - Prosciutto wrapped seasoned scallop bites

Home made pizza topped with fetta, mild salami, olives and mozzarella

Fresh Californian sushi rolls with mixed filings, wasabi and soy dipping sauce

Thai fish cakes with a fresh coriander and sweet chilli sauce

Rare roast beef & seeded mustard canapes

Vietnamese vermicelli rice paper wraps (mixed prawn and vegetarian fillings)

Marinated chicken, lemongrass and eschalot skewers

Salt and pepper squid with mild chilli mayo

Roasted honey mustard chicken baby drumsticks

Warm chicken and asparagus vol au vonts

Toasted Turkish flatbread bites with mixed dips

Additional Guests: $49.50 each

Additional food selections $5.00 each per person.

Beer and Wine only are BYO and served to you by our staff...All guests consuming alcohol must be 18 YO.

Sorry, we do not allow consumption of spirits at our venue.

Coffee, soft drinks etc. are charged on consumption at the end of the night.


Your selections will be served on platters by our staff over a period of approximately one and a half hours.

Cocktail functions may commence from 6.30pm and are priced to finish by 11.00pm

However, an extension to midnight can be arranged, prior to the evening, with a surcharge of $450 applying
